Godzilla meets a Fairlady..

Stumbled across this nutso build over at OldSkoolJDM. Unless I’ve been living under a rock and not realizing it, which is very likely, I haven’t seen anything about this build yet. Very limited info is available, and the source is unknown, so far. Awaiting for the usual suspects to chime in and shine some light on this beast! While at it, check out Jamel’s blog on tumblr – a very tasteful collection of eye candy!

  1. NO WAY! I was always under the impression from the HybridZ guys that the skyline drivetrain would never fit under the Z body! Everyone was saying that the intercooler/radiator would be sticking out from beyond the bumper and blah blah blah.

But those are also the guys that said the craziest size/offset on a stock fendered Z would be 8″ wide with a 0 offset…

  2. Hmmm I don’t know if I like it or not, but it sure is pretty cool. Definitely been done before, but never documented.

However it looks like some serious modification to EVERYTHING is necessary. LOL.

  3. Yeah this is a full custom job front to back no doubt. Once the chassis get severely compromised, like having the entire floor swapped out, it loses its luster for me.

But I still cant wait for a vid.
